Cielito

The food was one of the wonderful perks that came along with working with the talented team that opened Cielito restaurant.  We were brought in well before the menu, so fortunately for us we enjoyed many meals before opening.  Chef Ramon Velasquez's concept of "...writing a different story for Mexican food" was at the forefront, mixed with quality, sophistication, and complex flavors we were able to convey the message that Cielito was a destination for not only a meal, but a dining experience.
